Usually 6–9 days. You will receive a tracking link when the parcel has been shipped.
Where are the products shipped from?
From our supplier's warehouse, tracked all the way. Delivery takes 6–9 days and shipping is free. Returns go to us in Sweden.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is always free.
Will I pay customs or VAT on delivery?
Prices include VAT. Our supplier states that customs duties and import VAT are handled at dispatch for shipments to the Nordic countries and the EU. If you still have to pay a fee on delivery, get in touch with us and we will help you.
Which size should I choose for the ice cleats?
The sizes are shown in the size selector on the product page. If you are unsure, write to us before you order and we will help you.
How do I measure my dog?
Reflective vest: measure around the chest, just behind the front legs. Dog boots: place the paw on a sheet of paper, press lightly and measure the width at the widest point.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days to return the item from when you receive it, as long as it is unused and in its original condition. You pay for the return shipping. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal always applies. Read more in our refund policy.
