Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer in Sweden, Norway or the rest of the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you, or someone you appoint, receive the item.

30-day returns

In addition to the right of withdrawal, you can return items within 30 days of receiving them. The item must be unused and in its original condition, and a bundle must be returned complete. Email info@vindely.com with your order number, send the item to the same address as for withdrawal (below) and pay the return shipping. We refund what you paid for the item no later than 14 days after we have received it back. This return option applies in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.

How to withdraw

Email info@vindely.com with your order number and the items you want to return. Then send the item back within 14 days of telling us, to:

You choose the carrier and pay the return shipping. Pack the item well. You may examine the item as you would in a shop.

Refund

We refund you no later than 14 days after you told us, to the same payment method and free of charge. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item or you have shown that it has been sent, for example with a drop-off receipt.

Faulty or damaged item

Get in touch as soon as you discover the fault, ideally with a photo. We cover the cost and send a new item or refund you. Your statutory rights for faulty goods always apply.

Uncollected parcels

If you do not collect your parcel and this is not our or the carrier's fault, we deduct our actual costs for shipping and return, at most 250 SEK, from the refund. Not collecting a parcel does not count as withdrawing from the purchase, so please tell us by email.
