Prices and payment

All prices include VAT. Shipping is always free to the countries we ship to, see our shipping policy. Payment is made at checkout with the methods shown there. The purchase is binding once you receive an order confirmation by email.

Withdrawal, returns and complaints

See our refund policy. You always have the right to complain about faulty goods under applicable consumer law. In addition to the right of withdrawal, you have 30 days to return items.

Governing law and disputes

The agreement is governed by Swedish law. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Contact us first and we will sort it out. You can also contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or, for cross-border purchases within the EU/EEA, the European Consumer Centre in your country.
