Purchase Protection is an optional add-on for 39 SEK per order that gives you 60-day returns on unused items, counted from receipt. It applies to orders to all countries we deliver to. Your statutory right of withdrawal and right to complain about faulty goods always apply, even without the add-on.
- Price and scope. 39 SEK for one order, at most one add-on. It covers the physical items purchased in the order. No subscription and no new fee for each return. The add-on can be removed from the cart before payment. It cannot be bought afterwards for an earlier order.
- Timing. Tell Vindely that you want to use the voluntary return option no later than 60 calendar days after receipt. The day after each item is received is day 1; for partial deliveries, each item's period runs from its own receipt. Then send the item back within 14 calendar days of your notice. If Vindely is late in providing the return address, the deadline instead runs from when the address was sent to you. Vindely's handling must not shorten your time.
- Condition. The voluntary extension applies to unused, unwashed, intact and clean items with all parts, accessories and labels. You may carefully open the packaging and inspect the item. Felt insoles must not have been cut, ice grips and dog boots must not have been used on walks, and textiles must not have been used or washed. Include the original packaging if you have it; it is not a separate requirement. These conditions apply to the voluntary extension, not as a limitation of statutory withdrawal or complaints.
- All or part of the order. You can return one or more purchased products. For a voluntary return of a bundle product, the entire purchased bundle with all its components must be returned. The refund is the amount actually paid for the returned product/bundle after discount. The other products in the order remain covered by the add-on for their original time limit.
- Return shipping and address. You pay the return shipping when you use the voluntary extension. Contact Vindely through the store's Contact page with your order number and the items you want to return to get the correct return address. Do not send to the address on the shipment without checking it with Vindely. Keep the drop-off receipt; tracked shipping is recommended. No handling or restocking fee is charged for an approved voluntary return.
- Refund. Vindely refunds an approved voluntary return to the same payment method no later than 14 calendar days after the return has arrived and the condition of the item could be checked. The original outbound shipping is not refunded through the voluntary extension. Statutory withdrawal and complaints follow their own applicable rules.
- The 39 SEK fee. The full add-on fee is refunded if the customer cancels the entire order before delivery or withdraws from the entire order of goods within the applicable statutory withdrawal period. The customer may also cancel the add-on itself within 14 days of buying the add-on and get 39 SEK back. For a later voluntary return, or a return of only part of the order of goods, the 39 SEK fee is not refunded. The fee may never be deducted from any refund the customer is entitled to by law.
- Usual rights. The statutory right of withdrawal and right to complain about faulty goods exist for all customers without buying Purchase Protection. You can always contact Vindely about a faulty item or delivery; the add-on is not required. The unused-item condition, the bundle requirement and the customer's return shipping in the voluntary extension do not restrict your rights under statutory withdrawal or complaints. Your applicable mandatory consumer rights take precedence.
