How to use it
1. Pull the rubber over the toe of your shoe. 2. Pull the back loop over the heel. 3. The studs should sit under the ball of your foot.
Material and size
TPR rubber with 5 studs of 3.5 mm. Small: 21 × 8 cm, 90 g per pair. Large: 26 × 9.5 cm, 130 g per pair.
